ADDITIONAL TV FEE: If a customer has two receivers or one HMC HD DVR and a RVU enabled TV, an additional $6/mo. fee applies. For each additional receiver and/or RVU enabled TV, the customer will be charged an additional fee of $6/mo. per receiver and/or RVU enabled TV.

ALL DIRECTV OFFERS REQUIRE 24-MONTH AGREEMENT.**
(1) National rebates require online or phone-in rebate.
(2) Additional $5 credit with online rebates require valid email address and customer must consent to email alerts PRIOR to rebate redemption online. Offer ends on 7/18/12. Credit card required (except in MA & PA). New approved customers only. $19.95 Handling and Delivery fee may apply. Applicable use tax adjustment may apply on the retail value of the installation. Programming/pricing may vary in certain markets.
(3) Low-risk and medium-risk HD DVR customers only who enroll in and maintain a qualifying package and Auto Bill Pay save an additional $10/mo. for 2 years. See "more information" for details.
(4) Low-risk customers only. Free HD DVR upgrade: Plus HD DVR or TiVo® HD DVR only. HMC HD DVR upgrade is $99 after Instant Rebate. Medium-risk customers pay $49 each for 2nd, 3rd and 4th HD Receiver. Fee customers pay regular EQUIPMENT FEES listed above.
(5) For low-risk and medium-risk HD DVR customers only who enroll in and maintain a qualifying package and Auto Bill Pay. HD Receivers only: $0/mo. Advanced Receiver-HD for 24 mos. for low-risk and medium-risk HD customers only who enroll in and maintain a qualifying package and Auto Bill Pay.
(6) In addition to the Advanced Receiver fee $20/mo. Required for all TiVo® HD DVRs. TiVo® HD DVRs do not work with: Whole-Home® DVR, iPad® App (DVR Scheduler only), TV Apps, 3D Programming, DIRECTV nomad™, GameSearch™, YouTube, Spanish UI, DIRECTV2PC video streaming, DIRECTV CINEMA™ (Satellite downloads)
(7) Fee is charged per household, not per receiver, and will be credited back to the customers account at $5.00/mo. until the fee is exhausted. Any balance of the fee is non-refundable if the customer discontinues their service. High-risk customers are still required to pay the DO Fee.
