What if I am late paying my bill? Do I get charged a late fee?

Yes. You will be assessed a late fee for payments not received on time. For additional information on late fees, please contact us at 1-866-954-3434.

Do I get billed separately for my DIRECTV service and my Internet Service I subscribe to (TV, and Internet)?

Yes your credit card, debit card or bank account via ACH will be automatically charged from CSBS for your Internet service and System Service Maintenance fees each month. DIRECTV will send you a bill each month for your DIRECTV service.e).

Why am I being charged an Internet Modem Lease fee?

The monthly lease allows Consolidated Smart Systems to continually enhance its products and provide you with the best experience and technical support for your services. It also ensures you receive 24/7 support, free trouble calls, and required replacements and upgrades for your Internet service.

What do I do if I get a new computer?

If you are already a CSBS Internet customer, you can hook up your computer to your modem and connect to the Internet. In most cases, you will be able to simply plug your new computer into the cable modem using the same Ethernet cable that your old PC was using. With a newer computer you should be able to get right online with no configuration.
